Egidio Frascheri becomes the main shareholder of the Social Cooperative
Tutto è iniziato nel 1955, con la nascita di una Cooperativa Sociale ad opera di 64 soci. Egidio Frascheri ne diventa uno dei principali azionisti e, dopo due anni, quando la cooperativa chiude i battenti, assume il pieno controllo dell’attività.

Nel 1964, Egidio Frascheri trasferisce l’azienda, ormai di sua esclusiva proprietà, in Via Cesare Battisti 29, Bardineto (Savona), attuale sede dello stabilimento di produzione e degli uffici della direzione.
Una crescita costante
Da allora, ha preso avvio un continuo lavoro di crescita ed ammodernamento che è culminato, all’inizio degli anni ‘90, in un intenso programma di automazione degli impianti e di gestione informatizzata dei processi produttivi, che ha consentito all’azienda di disporre di tecnologie all’avanguardia per la lavorazione del latte e della panna.
La Frascheri, oggi
Recentemente la direzione ha sostenuto nuovi importanti investimenti finalizzati al rinnovamento globale del reparto UHT, per la produzione di latte e panna a lunga conservazione, dotandosi di impianti di ultima generazione che hanno consentito di innalzare in modo sostanziale il livello complessivo della qualità del prodotto finito. Basandosi sulla preminente importanza del latte fresco pastorizzato, il marchio Frascheri ha conquistato posizioni sempre più importanti nel mercato nazionale e internazionale.
